Who is CrossFit for?
CrossFit is for EVERYONE! All CrossFit workouts are universally scalable to any fitness level. Our athletes come from all kinds of different fitness backgrounds and range in age from 16 to 66.
How is CrossFit different from other workouts?
CrossFit is evidence-based fitness; its results are measurable, observable and repeatable. CrossFit’s aim is not to specialize. It utilizes movements from a wide variety of fitness domains such as gymnastics, weightlifting, and traditional cardio in an effort to improve the 10 aspects of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Is CrossFit too hard for me?
No. CrossFit is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. When introducing a WOD (Workout of the Day), our coaches will help you choose the suitable weights or substitute movements based on your strength and fitness level.
Why CrossFit BYOB?

Why is the membership so expensive?
Our trainers demonstrate commitment and passion and are here to support and motivate you to meet your fitness goals. Although members participate in group classes, the personal attention and guidance you receive is similar to having a personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost.
Why do I need the Foundations Course?
CrossFit BYOB emphasizes proper technique and safety above all else. Our Foundations Course is a great way to acquire the skills to safely engage in a group class. The month-long program is devoted to teaching the fundamental movements used in CrossFit. Expect to spend this time building solid techniques and learning the CrossFit methodology.
